Happy kissing day!

Today is a fantastic holiday! July 6 is the International Kissing Day. Holiday was set in the United Kingdom for the first time. Two decades ago it was adopted by the UNO. The day is not only to kiss and share love, tenderness with your lovely ones but to show your external expression of your deep internal impression to all people you love and adore.

My husband's gaspacho recipe

Have I told you that I am a lucky woman - my husband is fond of cooking. He prepares a lot of delicious meals and treats me well. Gaspacho soup is his summer hit. He spent a month in Andalucia (Spain) in the last year and was taught by local people how to prepare the real andalucian gaspacho!
Ingredients: 8 sweet tomatoes, 1 sweet red peper, 250 grams of bread, 1 onion, 1/2 of a garlic clove, ice, 250 ml of cold water , 1/4 cup of apple vinegar, 1/3 cup of  sunflower-seed oil.
Method: wash all ingredients, cut tomatoes, a peper and an onion in pieces, crush a garlic clove. Put all ingredients into a big pan, add oil, vinegar, some salt and sugar. Add some water. Mix the mixture of vegetables thoroughly by a blender. Serve the soup as you want. Bon appetit!
P.S. My husband's comments: you should be careful with a garlic, don't add more than 1/2 of a clove otherwise you would prepare russian tomato cream known as "hrenovina".

Enjoy my husband's photo of his last gaspacho.

Inspiration for myself

I have classes of Body Combat twice a week to keep myself strong and slim. The truth is that it helps me to form the stronger character more than the body.

Thinking pink!

One of my colleagues best freind died of a breast cancer yesterday. She was diagnosed a year ago but she declined to have any official treatment as the surgery, gamma and chemotherapy. She put absolute trust in some unknown super drug not registered in any country. With the use of official treatment she would have a chance, with the drug she had only vain hopes.
80% of these women live at least five years after the treatment, most longer, and many live much longer. Even women with signs of cancer metastases can live a long time. Don't take your own life off! Think pink!

Places I love

There are some special places in the world where I love to be. Hamstead (London) is one of them. I cherish the warmest memories about the cozy streets, walking in the Hamstead Heath Park and Highgate Cemetary, open-air concerts on the slope of the Kenwood House and the life style of people living there. Hamstead is the place where you can have fresh milk in glass vintage bottles every morning from a local milk farm.
Enjoy my photos made in the last summer.
